Using Dantest Online is an easy way to create a database for every employee, for every department or even for the whole organization.
You can categorize the information, add new patients, new departments or edit the information about them.
A different session can be created for 1 individual, for a department of your organization, or for the whole organization.
You can create many measurements available for each patient - a Stress Test, Fitness Test and Coaching Feedback Stress Reliever.
Each measurement generate its results report. You can get your personal, team and corporate reports.
* The Stress Test consists of the results of Physical and Mental Stress and Functional Age. It is also an easy way to analyze your inner balance with the Advance Stress Results and the Summary.
* The Fitness (training) test is examining the physical training level. The low level of physical training represents a conventional risk factor. That is why, the results of this test are a part of the calculation of the general health risk. They give you a cardiac coefficient, a vascular coefficient and a training(fitnees) index.

Contact preferences
In your account in the Dantest Online you have to provide your contact details - first name, last name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail and primary website URL. You'll also need to choose the language that you want to read your menu on and a currency that you prefer to make the payments.
Personal preferences
You'll have to choose a username and a password, that you'll need to access your information, and to answer to a security question, so that if you forget your password, we'll know that this is really you. Edit your information, whenever is needed.
Billing history
You can also check your blling history, classified according to type, report or test. Choose a particular period of time or just see all the payments that you have made.
ORGANIZATIONS
My Organizations list
In the Organizations section you can see a list of all the organizations that you have added, but you can also choose if you want to see only the active ones, only disabled ones or only new ones. Each Organization is presented with some information about it, including its name, code, scope, age and profit. There is also a list of its departments and positions. You can add unlimited number of departments and positions and edit the provided information whenever is needed. You can also find the information for all the employees in it,including all the reports, sessions and measurements.

You can add unlimited number of organizations.
PERSONS
Persons list
The Persons section is offering a list of all the employees/patients. By giving the following parameters - first letter, gender, organization, department, education, profession - you can find the available information about every individual or you can just see the list with all the names. As in the Organizations section, there can be shown all the names, or just the active Persons's, disabled ones,or new ones. So that you can add a new person you'll need to fill his first and last names, date of birth, gender, and there are a few more fields that are not obligatory.

Patient history
Check all the reports, measurements and results for a particular person.
RESULTS
The results from all the made measurements can be found in the Results section. There are 4 types of results - stress test, fitness test, coaching feedback and questionnaires. You can sort them by activity, test type, organization or department. The list can be limited for a certain period of time or for all the measurements made for the whole organization. Each person appears in the list with the type of test he has done and the date of the test.
REPORTS
As it was said, with Dantest Online you can make all kinds of reports using the stored information - a report for the whole organization, for one of its departments or just for a single person for a period of time, so that any changes can be noticed and compared and statistics can be made. All reports that are already made can be found in the Reports section, sorted by activity, organization, department and period when there were made.
